Before contracting TF condominium, several meetings with other administrators were held, and they are by far the most flexible and best value for money. TF answer messages and emails promptly, and are also the only administrator who send personnel when lift inspections are carried out. They also have a good app in which you can track expenses easily , to my knowledge the only admin currently providing this.

Very well done for the service and value provided. Highly recommended. We had various works with this condominium company, from cleanliness to plastering, to replacing products as well as new things, they have always been very helpful.

Have been administering our block for the past 3 years. Never had any problems, always responsive and efficient in carrying out needed projects. Had a water ingress issue from the roof which was dealt with immediately.
